Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive partnerships in the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities:
Market analysis (identifying market needs and the most suitable niches) and competitor analysis
Searching for and attracting new partners: lead generation, lead filtering, preparing lists of potential partners
Participating in international conferences to network, establish, and develop relationships with current and potential partners
Persistently engage with cold leads, maintaining consistent communication and follow-up to transform them into valuable business opportunities
Onboarding potential partners, including developing business cases, contract signing, monitoring and supporting technical interconnection, and bringing partners to profit, followed by transferring them to an account manager
Assisting account managers in supporting new and key partners to ensure satisfaction with service quality
Developing and conducting marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services
Collaborating with other departments to address legal, financial, and technical partner issues
Participating in implementing partner development strategies based on current market data
Contributing to pricing formation and creating competitive offers
Preparing reports and diligently maintaining CRM up to date
Participating in additional projects
What we expect:
Proven experience in managing business development efforts in the telecommunications industry with market players in Voice and/or Messaging services
In-depth understanding of the telecom services market, particularly in areas like pricing models, interconnection and regulatory compliance in Voice and/or Messaging
Experience with international markets, understanding regional differences and adapting strategies accordingly
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding business development targets and KPIs
Experience with various sales technologies, such as CRM systems, B2B sales strategies and digital channels
A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative in driving business opportunities
Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities and articulate speech
Proficiency in using PCs and office software
Strong teamwork skills and flexibility in approaches
Time management skills and high self-organisation
Proficiency in English
Will be a plus:
